UK service interval

Ford does not recommend one generic service interval for all modern Puma versions. Intervals vary by model year, engine, powertrain, transmission and configuration — use the vehicle-specific Service Portfolio / maintenance schedule. Follow the correct Ford oil grade and Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor (IOLM) where fitted. Short journeys, low-speed city driving, high engine loads, towing and frequent hill climbing can shorten oil-change requirements. If “Oil change required” appears, change oil within 1,000 miles or one month, whichever comes first. Prioritise VIN recall checks (airbag, MHEV connections, eCall, oil separator, fuel-line, software). Gen-E is a separate page.

Intervals are whichever comes first (miles or months) unless noted. They vary by engine, model year, market and service regime. Confirm in the handbook, service booklet or dealer system for your VIN before you book work.
