These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of The Owners Club worldwide, regardless of location. By using the platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data across jurisdictions.
The Owners Club is a self-service directory and advertising platform that allows automotive service providers ("Partners") to list their businesses and connect with vehicle owners. All business details, insurance information, and credentials shown on the platform are provided and managed solely by the Partners themselves.
The Owners Club does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Partners, nor do we guarantee the quality of their work, workmanship, or technical expertise. We act strictly as a venue for Partners to advertise their services. We are not a garage, repairer, insurer, or agent for any Partner.
You agree that The Owners Club is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle (including during transport, storage, diagnosis, repair, or modification), poor workmanship, delays, disputes, financial losses, or personal injury arising from your interaction with a Partner listed on this site.
Any contract for service is strictly between you (the Vehicle Owner) and the Partner. We are not a party to any service agreement, warranty, or guarantee provided by a Partner.
We do not inspect vehicles, supervise workshop work, verify repair quality, or mediate disputes between vehicle owners and service providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you use Partner listings and contact Partners at your own risk.
A Partner profile is their own business advertisement. Display on our platform does not mean we endorse their technical skill, prices, availability, or suitability for your vehicle.
Any status badges — including "Verified", "Registered", or similar — mean strictly that the Partner has created an active account and has self-certified that they hold a valid business registration and trade insurance where required. This status is a form of business advertising and does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or validation by The Owners Club.
We do not conduct independent background checks on Partners. Verification of current insurance, licences, and qualifications is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner before booking any service.
You acknowledge that you are using a directory of self-listed advertisements. You are strictly responsible for:
Reviews and ratings on our platform are user-generated and represent individual opinions. We do not verify the accuracy of reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, fraudulent, or violate our community guidelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Owners Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or services provided by Partners.
The Owners Club may offer an optional "Search Enhanced Specs" feature that uses third-party artificial intelligence (such as Google Gemini) to suggest technical specifications for your vehicle based on make, model, year, and trim data.
These specifications are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, including differences between regional markets (for example UK versus EU or US variants). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-suggested specification.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting specifications before relying on them. Use the Edit Manually and Confirm Details controls to adjust any values. The Owners Club is not liable for purchase, sale, modification, insurance, or repair decisions made on the basis of AI-generated specifications, nor for any loss or damage arising from reliance on them.
Enhanced specs lookup is limited to one automated search per vehicle. Further changes must be made manually by you.
The Owners Club provides software infrastructure that allows members to transfer a vehicle's digital folder — such as service records, photos, and technical specifications — to another member when ownership changes hands.
We are not a party to any real-world sale, purchase, or transfer of the vehicle itself. Any contract for the sale or purchase of a vehicle is strictly between the seller and buyer. The Owners Club does not inspect vehicles, verify odometer readings, guarantee the accuracy of data entered by a previous owner, or warrant the condition, title, or roadworthiness of any vehicle.
You acknowledge that transferred history may include records submitted by a prior keeper and that we do not audit those records for completeness or truthfulness. The platform is not liable for hidden defects, financial disputes, misrepresentation, or any loss arising from a transfer between members.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, we remove your personal garage data (vehicles, documents, photos, and private records) and close your login permanently.
Content you have contributed to the community — such as tech guides, forum posts, comments, or shared parts — may be anonymisedand shown under the name "Former Member" so other members can continue to use that knowledge. Tutorial images and embedded links (including videos hosted on third-party sites such as YouTube) may remain as part of the anonymised publication.
