The Owners Club is a directory service that connects vehicle owners with verified service providers. We verify that a business exists and holds valid trade insurance at the time of verification, but we do not guarantee the quality of their work, workmanship, or technical expertise.

2. No Liability

You agree that The Owners Club is not responsible for any damages, disputes, financial losses, or personal injury resulting from your interaction with a Partner listed on this site. Any contract for service is strictly between you (the Vehicle Owner) and the Partner.

We are not a party to any service agreement, warranty, or guarantee provided by a Partner. We do not inspect vehicles, verify work quality, or mediate disputes between vehicle owners and service providers.

3. Verified Status

"Verified" means we have checked the business's identity (via Companies House registration where applicable) and verified that they hold valid trade insurance at the time of verification. It is not an endorsement of their technical skill, workmanship quality, or suitability for your specific vehicle or repair needs.

Verification status can change. Always verify current insurance and credentials directly with the service provider before engaging their services.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying that a service provider is suitable for your needs before engaging their services.
• You should request proof of insurance and qualifications directly from the service provider.
• You should obtain written quotes and terms before work begins.
• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is properly insured and roadworthy.
• Any disputes with service providers must be resolved directly with them or through appropriate legal channels.

5. Reviews & Feedback

Reviews and ratings on our platform are user-generated and represent individual opinions. We do not verify the accuracy of reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are defamatory, fraudulent, or violate our community guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Owners Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or services provided by Partners.
