The related C-Class Electric shares the same MB.EA platform and launched shortly afterward.
It debuted at the 2025 Munich Motor Show as a single AWD variant (GLC 400 4MATIC) and went into wider UK order books through 2026, with additional rear-wheel-drive and smaller-battery variants opening up over the course of the year. Launch UK focus started with the GLC 400 4MATIC; 250 RWD and 300 4MATIC followed as the 2026 range expanded.
