- 2020/2021–2025 (G08): UK G08: CBS calendar/mileage prompts. G08 LCI is a stage within G08 — same 400 V / Gen5 service family framing.
- 2025/2026– (Neue Klasse / NA5): Neue Klasse: still CBS, but 800 V / Gen6 architecture — do not reuse G08 charging or battery assumptions. Confirm VIN schedule.

- BMW Condition Based Service drives item timing — trust iDrive and the retailer printout for your VIN over forum “every X miles” advice. Always record whether the car is G08 or Neue Klasse.
- UK iX3 40 figures (82.6 kWh, 395 mi WLTP, 300 kW DC) are market-labelled — do not universalise to every Neue Klasse VIN or to G08.
